Hi, my name is Tina Valdez, and I have always believed our bodies can heal themselves. Having to put my travel business on pause due to covid, I took it as a sign that it was time for me to focus on my health so my body could heal. I wanted to stop the physical pain, depression, lack of confidence, and worthlessness that followed me daily. It was the first time in a long time I put myself first. The changes I experienced inspired me to explore deeper and earn my certification as a health and nutrition coach.

As a mother, travel advisor, gardener, chef, and health and nutrition coach, I am busy and work daily to find time to put myself first. It is a choice that takes practice! I have learned how important it is to incorporate breaks in the day and TAKE THEM. Taking the time to check in with myself, fuel my body with nutritious whole foods, and rest so I can be a better mother, wife, entrepreneur, and friend.  It has made a world of difference in how I feel and interact with others, and I would love for you to experience this too!

Hey, I’m Doady Rogers.  As a retired paramedic who spent many years in the back of ambulances caring for people on their worst days, I recognized that many of my patients could have prevented that ride if they had managed their time, food, and mental health better. In 2020, I began my journey into the energy side of healing: reconnecting with the spirit realm and aligning with my true purpose. 

As a Reiki Master, Sound healer, and Intuitive Wellness Guide, I truly understand the importance and power of tuning out the negative narrative, slowing down, and listening to all the love and support surrounding and empowering you daily. I know firsthand how easy it is to miss the messages right in front of you.

As a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and dachshund lover, I also understand the reality of balancing work, relationships, and home life. I know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself aside for others and how frightening the journey can be when you feel the call to reclaim your true self.  

I have a down-to-earth, up-front, caring approach to helping others, and I am excited for you to experience the amazing things that can happen when you reconnect, align and balance your mind, body, and spirit.

what is the itinerary?
You arrive on Friday, May 3rd for a welcome dinner at your Texas Hill Country Escape. You will experience 2 full days of connection, sharing, coaching, outdoor fun, yoga, sound healing, nutritious healthy meals, guided meditation, lounging by the pool/hot tub, cooking classes, and new potential friendships. Return home Monday, May 6th feeling rejuvenated.

A typical day ranges from a high in the 80’s with the low in the 60’s.

​What if i have to cancel? Do i need travel insurance?
Yes, we highly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, or “cancel for any reason” as a feature. You can use our suggested Travel Insured Online and choose from several policy options. If you need help with a quote just let us know.
Be sure to confirm with your travel insurance provider what COVID-19-related issues are covered and to what extent. Always check the government official websites for travel advisories and COVID-19 travel requirements in your home country as well as your destination.
