I have always believed our bodies can heal themselves. Having to put my travel business on pause due to covid, I took it as a sign that it was time for me to focus on my health so my body could heal. I wanted to stop the physical pain, depression, lack of confidence, and worthlessness that followed me daily. It was the first time in a long time I put myself first. The changes I experienced inspired me to explore deeper and earn my certification as a health and nutrition coach,
As a mother, travel advisor, gardener, chef, and health and nutrition coach, I am busy and work daily to find time to put myself first. It is a choice that takes practice! I have learned how important it is to incorporate breaks in the day and TAKE THEM. Taking the time to check in with myself, fuel my body with nutritious whole foods, and rest so I can be a better mother, wife, entrepreneur, and friend. It has made a world of difference in how I feel and interact with others, and I would love for you to experience this too! My mission is to assist women in improving their lifestyles with confidence through health and nutrition. It is important to make yourself a priority. Life is too short! |
She’s a retired paramedic who spent many years in the back of ambulances caring for people on their worst days. She recognized that many of them could have prevented that ride if they had managed their time, food, and mental health better. In 2020 she began a journey into the energy side of healing, reconnected with the spirit realm, and aligned with her true purpose.
A Reiki Master, Sound healer, and Intuitive Wellness Guide, Doady truly understands the importance and power of tuning out the negative narrative, slowing down, and listening to all the love and support that surrounds and empowers you daily. She knows first hand how easy it is to miss the messages right in front of you. As a daughter, sister, wife, mother and dachshund lover, she also understands the reality of balancing work, relationships, and home life. She knows firsthand how easy it is to put yourself aside for others and how frightening the journey can be when you feel the call to reclaim your true self. She has a down-to-earth, up-front, caring approach to helping others. She is excited for you to experience the amazing things that can happen when you reconnect, align and balance your mind, body, and spirit. |
