Room Details:
Double Occupancy(2 people in a room) is included in the retreat fee.
If you have a friend that would like to join or you would like to be matched with a roommate, please let us know. We’ll do our best to pair you with someone else who is also seeking a roommate. If there is no one to pair you with, your room will be considered a single.
Contact us if you have a group of friends wanting to share beds to help with cost.
If you want a single room to yourself then you would need to pay the full room cost. We can offer a single room if we have 5 or less participants. If we have more then you would need to share a room.

Cancellation Policy
- To book your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is due at time of booking.
- Final payment is due by March 24, 2024.
- Any cancellation made between March 15-24, 2024 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
- All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
- We deserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded)
- Trip cancellation insurance is ALWAYS recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested travel travel insurance by clicking this link Travel Insured Insurance online and choose your policy. If you need help with getting a quote we can send one to you.
