Cancellation Penalties:
• Cancelling a guaranteed land booking 60 or more days prior to travel is subject to $150 pp fee.
• Cancelling a guaranteed land booking 90 or more days prior to Holiday travel is subject to $250 pp fee.
• Cancelling a guaranteed land booking between 59-45 days prior to travel is subject to a 50% fee of the total package price.
• Cancelling a guaranteed land booking between 45-0 days prior to travel is subject to a 100% fee of the total package price.
• Cancelling a guaranteed Holiday land bookings 89 or less days prior to travel is subject to a 100% fee of total package price.
• Cancellation penalty will apply to any additional supplier imposed penalties.
• Cancellation penalties for the airline tickets are subject to the rules of the specific airlines fare.
•Experience Travelin,LLC will charge a cancellation fee per person canceling their trip that will be provided on the registration form.
REFUNDS: No refund will be given for any unused portion of the itinerary. No refunds for improper documentation resulting in denied boarding or entry.
